Here at Maltons Restaurant we serve gastro-pub cuisine in a stylish and cosy setting. We have a large party space in our garden and our bar is filled with some of the finest wines and spirits available in the country.
We stock many popular UK beers and craft ales and create some great cocktails too.
Our talented chef and kitchen team prepare delicious, honest food made with ingredients sourced, where possible, from within the local Hertfordshire area.

I’ve been meaning to try here for ages and regret not booking sooner. Manager was lovely, greeted us, had a little chat and remained attentive throughout. The Sunday lunch was delicious, the veggie option did not feel like a second thought but actually something really rich and tasty. My friend said the chicken was excellent too. The roast potatoes were seasoned perfectly and the Yorkshire pudding was nice and crispy. Amazing wine list. Next time we will not drive so we can enjoy a bottle or two!

I visited this teeter aunt with my boyfriend at around 2PM on Sunday 06/12 . We were greeted by staff at the entrance and our temperatures were taken before we were swiftly taken to our seats. There were Christmas decorations which looked so pretty, it was warm and inviting and the food was incredible. Will definitely be visiting again!
